On night shift this week, supporting production. Not used to this, because am so used to working in the normal working hours, and when people are asleep, you're awake.
The need basically came when one of my tech actually made a mess of our test yields. Especially on the qualification of a new product, the yields have to be good. So, now, between my colleague, we have to rotate to ensure that all test ops are going good. Keeping yields up...
I guess so far, things are going good. Coming in night is not too bad after all, because now the technicians are more on their toes to ensure that they do well. Else I come back with some warnings....
There will be certain hours where I will feel really sleepy. But after that, you'll be ok. This is production life, right?
Well, guess will share this much for now. Will update more later.

Agree, but you'd be too tired to do much during the day.Well, it's ok to work at night, but sometimes it's real boring. |

personally, i like night shift more..nobody around to 'observe' what you're doing...:)
